Nations League, the calendar of Italy: on 25 September the debut with Belgium

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – On Friday 25th September against Belgium, the National Team’s path in the fifth edition of the UEFA Nations League will begin. After the draw made yesterday in Brussels – which saw Italy inserted in Group 1 of the League A with France. Belgium and Turkey – this morning UEFA announced the tournament schedule.

The Azzurri will make their debut hosting the Red Devils and then visit on Monday, September 28 to Turkey and on Friday, October 2 to France. The first seasonal window dedicated to the nationals, which will see Italy go down four times in the course of eleven days, will close on Monday 5 October with the home match with Turkey.

In November the Azzurri will host France and will fly to Belgium for the last meeting of the group. The first two classifications will qualify for the quarterfinals, the fourth will be relegated to League B and the third will play a play to remain in League A with one of League B’s second ranks.

Quarter finals and play-offs are scheduled in March 2027, while the final stage of the tournament will be held in June 2027.
