ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Multiversity, controlled by CVC Capital Partners, announces a new leadership structure. The Cda will proceed to the appointment of Fabio Vaccarono as executive president, of Francesco Durante as new managing director and of Luciano Violante as honorary president of the Group and president of the Constituent Multiversity Foundation. Vaccarono will also be confirmed president of the three universities of the Group, Pegaso, Mercatorum and San Raffaele Roma. The new offices and the Foundation will be operational from the first months of 2026. They will ensure the definition and continuity of the vision of growth of Multiversity, during further strengthening the leadership of the group in the field of Education, while Violante will also play the role of president of the Constituent Multiversity Foundation, engaged in the promotion of innovation and the fight against educational poverty.
“This reorganization is part of the natural evolutionary process of Multiversity, enhancing Francesco’s solid skills in regulated industries and allowing Fabio to put his great experience at the service of the institutional aspects of what has now become a fundamental infrastructure for the country system”, comments Andrea Ferrante, partner of the CVC Capital Partners Fund. “The President Violante will continue to preside over the Group’s qualitative growth path, supported in this objective by the establishment of a foundation dedicated to innovation and the reduction of access barriers to training,” he adds.
