PARMA (ITALPRESS) – The Court of Assumption of Parma, chaired by Judge Alessandro Conti, sentenced Chiara Petrolini to 24 years and three months for the murder of the two babies born and buried in the garden between 12 May 2023 and 7 August of the following year, at the end of two secret pregnancies. The sentence came after just over three hours of boardroom. The 22-year-old of Traversetolo was acquitted for the murder of the first newborn due to lack of evidence, since the cause of death was not ascertained. At the hearing of 13 March, the Prosecutor had requested a 26-year sentence.
