Nissan receives the ADI Award for Best Innovation

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The Nissan Innovation Program has won the Excellence Award of Design 2025, awarded by the ADI – Association for Industrial Design – in the Business Research category.

The ADI, founded in Milan in 1956, is the reference body in Italy for the promotion and enhancement of design and design thinking, through cultural activities, research and recognition of awards, helping to implement the best conditions for the design of goods, processes and services.

The Nissan Innovation Program, launched in 2022 to promote innovation and efficiency in the company, is led by Luisa Di Vita, Director of Communication and Chief Innovation Officer of Nissan Italia, and supported by a team of 60 people selected in the various Nissan departments, to ensure a professional and creative contribution from different experiences and knowledge.

The program is based on the creation of “call for ideas” produced directly by employees. After the first phase of selection of ideas, it has passed to the prototyping and realization of some projects for services, such as AI reporting and redesign of the “customer after sales journey”.

The award, delivered as part of a ceremony held at the WEGIL – a multipurpose and multifunctional space in the heart of Rome in the Trastevere district – was withdrawn by Luisa Di Vita, who said: “I thank Nissan’s team with whom I have the honour to work for over three years and which has allowed the development of new projects based on three key principles: feasibility, efficiency and new business models. Finally, my recognition goes to the Sketchin consulting team and the ADI that has valued the profitable work of the whole team.”.
