Nookly was born. Italiae, the new digital platform that brings together artificial intelligence and culture

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – More information does not necessarily mean more knowledge. And more connections do not necessarily mean more comparison. Nookly was born from this awareness. Italiae, the new digital platform developed by the collaboration between Nookly. News and Culture Italiae – NGO UNESCO, which brings together artificial intelligence, information, culture and expertise to experience a new model of digital participation.

The project integrates the technological and information infrastructure developed by Nookly. News with the network of professionalism, experiences and relations of Italian Culture. The goal is to build a space in which artificial intelligence does not serve to confirm what we already think, but to expand what we can know. Through artificial intelligence, the platform relates different sources, arguments and perspectives, favouring more pluralistic and aware access to information. Italian culture adds to this infrastructure a transversal network of skills from different worlds.

Nookly. Italiae will be divided into channels dedicated to the main areas of activity and interest of Italian Culture. From culture. italiae a sport.italiae, da media. Italian to the other areas that will be progressively developed, each space will put together information, deepening and conversation. The ambition is to tell the country through its skills and create connections between worlds that too often communicate only within. Nookly. Italiae will not only be a platform on which to read content.

The president of Italian Culture and the leaders of the different thematic areas will be able to propose daily to the community themes, news and insights, giving direct access to content and related conversations. The principle is simple: those who have knowledge and experience must not only be the recipient of information, but can become the protagonist of comparison.

For Fabrizio Meli, founder & Ceo of Nookly. News, “With Nookly. Italiae we put our technology at the service of a qualified and transversal community like that of Italian Culture”. “We want to show that artificial intelligence can be used not to narrow the perimeter of the information we receive, but to expand it, bringing together different sources, content and perspectives. Technology, skills and participation can build a new way to inquire.”.

Angelo Argento, president of Italian Culture – UNESCO NGO emphasizes that “the problem of our time is not the lack of information, but the difficulty of transforming them into knowledge. We are submerged by content and, paradoxically, we risk comparing ourselves less and less with what does not coincide with our opinions. Nookly. Italiae was born to try to break this mechanism. We want to put technology at the service of skills and skills at the service of comparison. Because a society in which different ideas, knowledge and opinions circulate is not only a better informed society. It is a freer society.”.
