ROME (ITALPRESS) – “Justice reform with the separation of careers between the judge and the PM was an obligation and a duty we had to our constituents.” Justice Minister Carlo Nordio said this in his report to the Senate floor. “The reform is guaranteed by the sharing of the majority political forces who, with unity of purpose, have signed this text and will support it with the same determination during this year, in which we will complete the approval process in the Chambers on first and second reading by the summer.
