In a message about X Netanyahu, he said he had sent his lawyers to “present a cause for disfamation against the left-wing newspaper Haaretz, Shlomi Eldar and other subjects who have made a false accusation against the Prime Minister, an invention that has never existed or has never been conceived.” Netanyahu claims he did not hear the president of the Emirates. “In contrast to what has been said, from the beginning of September until 7 October no conversation took place between the Prime Minister and the President of the United Arab Emirates. The Prime Minister’s office, the National Security Council and the Military Secretariat have carefully examined the diary of the Prime Minister’s conversations in those days – and found no trace of this. In general, diplomatic conversations between the Prime Minister and the President of the Emirates are held exclusively at the Prime Minister’s office through the representative of the Emirates who arrives at the office with a special encrypted device. For the Israeli premier, “this is a perfidious machine with a clear political timing, as part of the left election campaign, and there will be other false accusations of this type.
