The increase in participation has also been supported by the use of the mammographic mobile unit in the municipalities more distant from the mammographic clinics, guaranteeing the execution of the exams near the places of residence, the distribution of the kits for the occult blood search in the feces, which also happens through the adherent pharmacies, the reservation of Pap test and Hpv test and the diffusion of all the information regarding vaccination against the HPV. The company renews the invitation to the population “to actively participate in these free campaigns, responding promptly to invitations that are delivered by ordinary mail, App IO, SMS and social channels. To facilitate the reservation or receive information, a call center is operational dedicated to the number 0931 3125 (key 2), contactable from Monday to Thursday during the morning period”. Organizational action is monitored in real time through dedicated software, which allows to analyze participation flows and intervene with targeted activities in areas with lower adhesion rates than the average. This multichannel system has allowed to reach different population groups and to overcome some socioeconomic barriers, in line with the indications of the National Equity Plan in Health. The operational coordination involves doctors of general medicine, local administrations and associations of the third sector, creating a network of collaboration aimed at making prevention an ordinary and accessible service. A central element of the management is the guarantee of total taking. The path does not run out with the first test, but ensures immediate access to the subsequent diagnostic and therapeutic levels within the structures of the Asp Syracuse.
