TURIN (ITALPRESS) – Another 0-0 came on the afternoon of Serie A: Parma and Torino did not hurt each other in what, after Cagliari’s success, became a salvation clash. After paying tribute to former great Aldo Agroppi with two banners (“Ciao Aldo, esempio del tremendismo granata” and “Grazie Aldo, lo scudetto del ’76 porta anche il tuo nome”), the Olimpico-Grande Torino cheered on its favorites. Vanoli dusts off Vlasic and Ilicic, confirming Karamoh with Chè Adams, while Pecchia surprises: second bench in a row for Bonny, the point being Mihaila. It was precisely the Romanian, still dry of goals in Serie A, who threatened to break through on 9′: a filter from Cancellieri after a drunken action and a touch into the net. Everything is stopped, however, due to an offside by the former Lazio and Verona man. Toro immediately responded, but Suzuki erected a wall: amazing double save on Adams. From here on, the match became more tactical and Torino could no longer break through on the right with Lazaro and Vlasic, exposing themselves to a few restarts. From one of these, in the recovery, comes Hernani’s attempt: nothing to do, the shot is high and we go to rest at 0-0. Vanoli loses Ricci to a muscle problem, while Pecchia inserts Bonny. The Frenchman is immediately dangerous and engages Vanja Milinkovic-Savic, while at 65′ Mihaila hits a post. Changes follow and Toro wakes up, but Balogh anticipates Vlasic. In the final both teams lacked confidence and made many mistakes, with Toro having a resounding chance at 95′: a great save by Suzuki to prevent Linetty’s winning goal from distance. It ends 0-0 at the Olimpico and the point, in fact, does not really satisfy anyone. Vanoli and his side rise to 21 points, Parma to 19: Lecce and Cagliari, the third-last, are on 17. The relegation fight is likely to heat up further, with many clubs involved below the top-10 of Serie A.- Image Photo -(ITALPRESS)
