BARI (ITALPRESS) – At the request of the Prosecutor of the Republic, the Judge for Preliminary Investigations of the Court of Bari issued an order of precaution under house arrest against four persons – two men and two women, all resident in Modugno – held responsible for various acts of persecution and, for two of them, also of aggravated injuries.
The measure was executed on September 26 by the Carabinieri of the Company of Modugno. The investigative hypothesis arises from the complaint, subsequently integrated, presented by a young woman of the place. The victim reported that he had been targeting, in the last few months, of persecutory conduct and physical aggression caused by dissids linked to previous sentimental events.
Among the contested episodes is an attack in which the victim would be pushed, dropped to the ground, ran to slaps and threatened with death. The alleged episodes of physical violence would be flanked by continuous threats through social networks, as well as harassment and pawning.
Behaviours that have ingenerated into the young a serious state of anxiety and the founded fear for their own safety, forcing it to change their habits of life. The four inquiries were placed under house arrest at their respective homes, at the disposal of the Judiciary Authority.
