ROMA (ITALPRESS) – “I have presented a new question to the Minister of Health Schillaci on the situation of the National Federation of Biologist Orders. The latter, in fact, has illegitimately inserted on the agenda of the national council of 18 November 2025 the increase of the contribution quota. The internal regulation of the federation provides that the determination of the quota must be assumed in ordinary session by 30 June of each year and that, if this is not done, the quota must be automatically confirmed with the same figure of the previous year. FNOB argues that the increase would be motivated by the existence of a debt to Italian Posts, of which it would take note only in recent times, but the available documentation shows that this situation was already known at least from 2022. I therefore ask the Minister Schillaci if he considers legitimate the increase in the share of contributions decided by FNOB and, in case it is not so, to intervene in order to protect the territorial orders and consequently the members”.
