Poste, Del Fante “Tim operation completes 8-year journey”

ROME (ITALPRESS) – “This operation is very important for Poste Italiane. It comes at the end of an 8-year journey in which we have relaunched parcels, telephony, payments, electricity and gas contracts, allowing Italians to have more of our company’s services and also making our shareholders, who started from a company value of 8 billion and arrived at 27, gain.” Matteo Del Fante, managing director and general manager of Poste Italiane, told Tg1 about the transaction that will bring it to 24.81 percent of Tim’s shares. “We believe that the transition and evolution of technology will have to be accompanied by Tim for families, businesses and Public Administration,” Del Fante explained.
