ROMA (ITALPRESS) – He died at the age of 100 Cesare Ruperto, president emeritus of the Constitutional Court. Born in Philadelphia (Vibo Valentia) on 28 May 1925, he entered the judiciary in 1950, assigned as a judiciary to the Court of Rome. After a long hearing, he began the exercise of the duties of judge in January 1952 at the Court of Genoa, then to the unified Pretura of the same city. He was elected Judge of the Constitutional Court by the Supreme Court on 16 November 1993 and swore on 3 December 1993. He was president of the Consulta from 5 January 2001 to 2 December 2002, term of his term.
