The Russian President Yury Ushakov reported it. “An objective and in-depth analysis of what is currently happening during the special military operation has been presented and, in general, our vision of progress on the battlefield and the achievement of the objectives set for the special military operation,” Ushakov explained. According to Interfax, during the conversation, Putin “has positively evaluated US mediation efforts and Donald Trump himself to find solutions to the Ukrainian conflict.” Putin and Trump agreed to continue working on humanitarian issues, including the exchange of detainees and condemned, said Ushakov to journalists, adding that Putin acknowledged the efforts of First Lady Melania Trump “to bring Russian and Ukrainian children back to their families.” For Ushakov “the conversation, lasting one hour, was positive. The presidents agreed to stay in touch and will be promptly called when necessary.”.
In the telephone conversation with Donald Trump this afternoon, Vladimir Putin reiterated that Moscow has no aggressive plans for Europe. “Considered the speculation about Russia’s alleged hostile intentions towards European states, it has been stressed that we have no intention of implementing aggressive plans against Europe,” said Ushakov, as Interfax reports.
