That magistrate makes a career, and those who suffer this misfortune can be any honest citizen.”.
“They are stunts – he continues – that in 80 years of republican history we never managed to correct. We have reformed Parliament, the government, the public administration, the regions, many areas. Justice never substantially. Because at every attempt the reaction was totally disproportionate. And the result was a judiciary that lost a lot of its authority, but also its effectiveness.
