COMO (ITALPRESS) – The first league win of 2025 comes for Atalanta. La Dea wins 2-1 at home against Como and returns to smile in Serie A as well: Mateo Retegui’s brace in the second half was decisive, opening the scoring was Nico Paz with a great left-footed shot from the distance. There are now 16 goals in the league for the Italian-Argentinean, 14 instead for the Bergamasks, who legitimize their third place in the standings. From that moment on, the Nerazzurri, now in a yellow jersey, found a different cue than in the first 45 minutes: the match director cancelled a goal to Lookman for an irregular position, at 25′ Retegui, again on a ball packed by Brescianini, signed the overtaking goal. With ten minutes to go the guests found the 3-1 goal, but the goal was disallowed due to an unintentional touch with the hand of De Ketelaere himself. Useless efforts in the finale by the hosts, who remain on 22 points: in the next round there will be a challenge at home to Bologna.
