ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The gup of Rome has prosciolto the 29 people, almost all militants of Casapound, investigated for the Roman greetings in front of the former headquarters of the Msi of Via Acca Larentia on 7 January 2024, in the commemoration of three young killed.
In the investigation, coordinated by the Chief Prosecutor Francesco Lo Voi and Lucia Lotti, the violation of the laws Mancino and Scelba in the light of the deposit in April 2024 of the motivations by the United Sections of the Cassation that had intervened on the question of Roman greeting. The judge of Rome has placed the non-place to proceed claiming that “there is no reasonable forecast of condemnation”.
