With the growing traffic scenario, confirming for the ninth consecutive year the European leadership now means taking on a further responsibility: continuing on this road, investing in innovation, processes and infrastructure. To better value the attraction of our destination, which in 2025 has already led us to the record figure of more than 55 million total passengers between the ports of Fiumicino and Ciampino, a vision of infrastructural evolution of medium-long period is necessary. This is why we believe it is essential and urgent to continue on the path provided by our airport development plan: it is a no longer desirable choice to strengthen the country’s international connectivity, support tourism and economy and make Leonardo da Vinci increasingly a strategic platform for global transit flows. ”
