Cooperation on international and regional key issues was frozen,” the President continued.
“I would like to believe that, over time, the situation will change and that our countries will return to a normal and constructive communication, based on the principles of respect for national interests and the consideration of legitimate security concerns,” said Putin, for whom “Russia has been and remains committed precisely in these approaches and is ready to restore the level of relations we need.”.
