MILAN (ITALPRESS) – The closing of Sae Communication’s 100 percent acquisition of Next14 was finalized in recent days. The transaction follows the acquisition completed in February of Different and creates a leading national communications player. Next14’s shareholders reinvested about 10 million in the transaction, entering with a significant stake – alongside Gruppo Sae, Davide Arduini and Andrea Cimenti – in the shareholding structure of Sae Communication, the vehicle that now controls 100 percent of the two companies and will be renamed Next Different, once the ongoing corporate merger operations are concluded. “The official entry of Next14 into our project,” says Donato Iacovone, who will be entrusted with the role of president of Next Different, “confirms its ambition of scale. We aim to create the national champion of integrated communication, with the goal of doubling the current turnover within three years, both through the organic growth of the two realities and through further acquisitions. “Today is an important day for all the people who work with us,” continues Marco Ferrari, founder of Next 14 and Ceo of Next Different. “We want to establish ourselves more and more as a point of reference for Italian companies, with a size and breadth of services adequate to the evolution of the market, but maintaining the tailor-made and entrepreneurial approach that has always characterized us. It was relatively easy to work in these months on the integration plan between the two realities, not only because of the natural syntony with Davide and Andrea, but also because Next and Different presented an incredible complementarity, as well as a common base of values. “Along with Iacovone, Leonardis, Ferrari and Arduini, Massimo Briolini, Marco Racano and Marco Franciosa will complete the board of directors of the new company.”We are already operational with the new integrated approach,” says Davide Arduini, Different’s founder and Ad of Next Different, “and it is a great satisfaction to already see our teams working together in the Via Tortona headquarters as if we were a single company all along. It is a great burst of enthusiasm that we are sharing with our customers, and the new identity that accompanies us from today testifies to our willingness to embrace innovation and change while remaining faithful and consistent to the values that have allowed us to grow over the years.”(ITALPRESS).-Photo: Next Different press office
