MILAN (ITALPRESS) – “As for our tourism program, today we have implemented about 80 percent of it. This certainly does not make us stand still. Tourism throughout Italy is doing very well and we have changed the paradigm: we want to have quality tourism because Italy is a nation of quality and not quantity. This year for the first time in many years we surpassed France in terms of presences with over 458 million in our nation. We are still ahead of Spain and we want to do everything for Italy to become the first nation.” Tourism Minister Daniela Santanchè said this during a press conference at the Milan headquarters of Fratelli d’Italia.
