ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The Ministry of Tourism, as announced yesterday by Minister Daniela Santanchè, has published the new call on the house plan for the workers of the sector. “With these additional 54 million capital account, we carry out our 120 million total social housing plan for workers and entrepreneurs in the sector, after the great success of the first current call – which registered 291 questions for a total of 65 million contributions for 68 thousand beds at calming prices –, whose ranking will be published by the end of the month. It is a theme to which we pay particular attention because it is true that wages are important, but also the house is fundamental to the dignity of those who work and the quality of life”, said Minister Santanchè.
The Staff House Capital Notice (Title II) explains how to obtain facilities to improve or complete properties intended to accommodate workers in the tourist sector, including employees of restaurants and bars. 54 million euros are available between 2025 and 2027 in grants for tourism. Eligible expenses include: requalification and modernization of staff houses; purchase of new plants, machinery, equipment and furnishings; advice for small and medium-sized enterprises related to financing operations; Environmental and energy advice linked to investments.
