TORINO (ITALPRESS) – Prohibition of residence in Turin and signing obligation for 22 ultras of the two Turinese teams, plus 20 other fans reported and submitted to Daspo. This is the budget of the operation taken this morning and related to the derby between Turin and Juventus last 24 May. In pre-game accidents, a Juventus fan, Marco Basoccu, was hit on the head by a lacrimogen. Subsequently the prosecutor of the Republic of Turin suspended for a year an agent “held, in the state of the acts and subject to the subsequent evaluations of merit, responsible for the tragic wounding of the juven fan”.
The investigations on what happened have continued and this morning “the State Police of the Police of the Turin Police, coordinated by the local Procura della Repubblica, has performed, with the help of the homologue offices of Milan, Genoa, Modena, Treviso, Como, Monza and Cuneo, a precaution ( prohibition of residence in Turin and obligation of presentation to the judicial police) against 22 belonging to the ultras groups of Juventus and Turin, undamaged material.
The note points out that “the disputed facts concern the episodes of the crimes occurred in the early stages of the derby Torino-Juventus, played on 24 May at the Olimpico Grande Torino stadium”, when “the two typhoseries attempted reiterally to collide by being separated from the sides of the public force, subject to the launch of stones, glass bottles and exploding artifacts, with the police. Despite the interposition of the quotas, a group of rival fans managed to come in contact, hitting each other with punches, kicks, belts and flag rods – continues the police note -. In the immediacy of the facts, Digos under arrest in scourgency of crime 8 participants in the fights and two further in deferred scourgency (results validated by the Gip who arranged the application of the precautionary measure of the obligation to submit to the G.). Finally, it should be noted that, in addition to the 22 subjects receiving precautionary measures, 20 ultras juventine and grenade were also reported. Daspo measures have been issued against all the supporters.
