ROMA (ITALPRESS) – As anticipated by the Republic, searches by the Guardia di Finanza are underway at the headquarters of the Privacy Authority. The investigations would be part of an investigation coordinated by the Deputy Attorney Giuseppe De Falco. Investigators are tracking cell phones and computers to acquire useful elements to the investigation. The president of the Authority, Pasquale Stanzione, would be investigated. In the investigation, concerning the College of the Guarantor, criminal offences and corruption are hypothesized. The investigation is coordinated by the Deputy Prosecutor Giuseppe De Falco and the file would be opened following the services of Report, on the expenses of representation of the members of the Authority.
The other members of the College, Geneva Cerrina Feroni, Agostino Ghiglia and Guido Scorza were also investigated. In a social post, Report’s host, Sigfriudo Ranucci, writes: “Inspection and interrogation of the Finance Guard in the offices of the Privacy Guarantor. Following report services, the prosecutor opened an investigation.
