GENOVA (ITALPRESS) – In the context of the investigation conducted, under the direction of the District Antimafia and Antiterrorism of Genoa, with the coordination of the National Antimafia and Antiterrorism Direction of Rome, from the State Police (Questura di Genova-D.I.G.O.S, with the operating connection of the Central Direction of the Police of Prevention of Rome) and from the Guardia di Finanza (GICO di Polizia.
The activities, continued until the late evening of yesterday, have allowed to collect additional elements that are believed to meet the clue framework according to which the order of application of personal and real cautionary measures was issued.
In particular, the seizure of cash for a total sum of approximately 1,080.000 euros, held not only in the premises of the ABSPP, but also in some of the residences in the availability of the searched persons. In one case, the cash (for about 560.000 euros) had been hidden in a compartment specially made in a garage in Sassuolo.
Some computers have also been seized, hidden in a wall enclosure in Lodi province, and numerous other electronic devices that will be tested in the coming days.
In the home of one of the investigations, which also kept about 6,000 euros, a flag of Hamas was found. Material attributable to the organization was also found in some of the places under search. In particular, in addition to various pamphlets on the Islamist movement, a USB stick containing anashid (reefs of Islamic tradition) was seized.
