Sport, inclusion and development, signed the agreement protocol between ICSC and Fitarco

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Supporting the development of archery in Italy, supporting the growth of sports infrastructure and facilitating access to credit tools facilitated for Federations and affiliated sports companies. This is the objective of the Protocol of Understanding signed by the AAD of the Institute for Sports and Cultural Credit (ICSC), Antonella Baldino, and the President of the Italian Federation Tiro with the Arc (Fitarco), Vittorio Polidori.

The three-year agreement is part of the ICSC strategy aimed at strengthening collaboration with National Sports Federations, promoting operational synergies and the dissemination of financial products dedicated to ASD and affiliated SSDs. Founded in 1961, Fitarco today counts more than 27,000 athletes and more than 500 sports companies, representing a reference point for the promotion of archery in all its forms. Through the Protocol, the parties will cooperate to ensure a widespread dissemination of funding opportunities provided by ICSC, including the “Top of the Sport” initiative and the Light 2.0 FSN Mutuo, tools designed to support the realization, requalification and modernization of sports facilities, as well as the purchase of equipment.

The collaboration – read in a note – also enhances the commitment of Fitarco on the front of inclusion and paralympic activity. The archery is in fact one of the rare sports disciplines that equip athletes with physical disabilities and Norwegian athletes: Paralympic archers can participate, in addition to dedicated competitions, also in all national and international competitions, in a sports model based on equal opportunities and accessibility. The protocol expresses the desire to cooperate to support the sustainable development of sport and the strengthening of sports societies on the territory.
