ROME (ITALPRESS) – Beniamino Quintieri was confirmed as president of the Istituto per il Credito Sportivo e Culturale by the Shareholders’ Meeting that met and appointed the new Corporate Bodies, following the transformation into a joint-stock company under singular law, which became effective July 1, 2024. The new Corporate Bodies will hold office for three fiscal years, until the date of approval of the 2026 Annual Report. Specifically, the newly elected Board of Directors consists of Beniamino Quintieri, reappointed Chairman of the Board of Directors; Antonella Baldino, designated Chief Executive Officer of the company; Luigi Borrè, Claudia Improta, Ernesto Lavatelli, Monica Petrella, and Mario Torrisi.
