Stellantis launches new reorganization

TURIN (ITALPRESS) – Stellantis today taking steps to streamline its organization. Among the appointments are those of Bob Broderdorf as head of the Jeep brand, Alain Favey becoming the new head of the Peugeot brand, Xavier Peugeot as head of the DS Automobiles brand, and Anne Abboud as head of the Stellantis Pro One commercial vehicle unit. “In line with the changes decided in December, today’s announcements will further simplify our organization and increase our agility and rigor of execution locally,” comments Stellantis Chairman John Elkann, “We look forward to driving growth by providing our customers with an even broader choice of extraordinary combustion, hybrid and electric vehicles. Among other decisions, from now on regions will have greater local decision-making and executive capabilities for product planning and development, industrial and commercial activities, while maintaining coordination with global functions.
Software activities are now integrated into a product development and technology organization led by Ned Curic in order to streamline the process of bringing innovative products and services to market for all brands and in all markets where the company has a presence. In addition to his current role as COO of Americas Regions, Antonio Filosa also assumes global leadership of the Quality entity. The Corporate Affairs and Communications entities are merged under the leadership of Clara Ingen-Housz. Finally, a new Marketing Office is created, headed by Olivier François, to group the marketing of brands and support them through advertising, global events, and sponsorships. As announced in early December 2024, the process of appointing a new Chief Executive Officer is ongoing, is managed by a Special Committee of the Board of Directors, and will be completed by the first half of 2025.
