A key element of this collaboration is the acquisition by Auxilia Finance S.p.A. of a 10 percent stake in the share capital of Aequa Finance Srl. The alliance will be officially presented to the respective Sales Networks in two exclusive events, the first of which will take place on February 26, 2025 at the Hotel Parco dei Principi in Villa Borghese in Rome.
