Suzuki, Daihatsu and Toyota will produce commercial electric mini-vans

TURIN (ITALPRESS) – Suzuki, Daihatsu and Toyota plan to launch their compact electric commercial vehicles in fiscal year 2025. Suzuki, Daihatsu and Toyota have jointly developed this electric mini-van. Suzuki and Daihatsu contributed their expertise in compact car development, while Toyota provided the electric technology. The vehicle is equipped with a BEV system suitable for small commercial vehicles.The Commercial Japan Partnership Technologies Corporation also participated in the design of the vehicle, aiming for optimal specifications for more efficient last-mile logistics. The three companies are committed to promoting carbon neutrality by offering BEV commercial mini-vans to meet transportation needs in the delivery sector with practical and sustainable vehicles.
