Suzuki Green Friday 2025, new trees for an even greener Turin

TORINO (ITALPRESS) – Suzuki announces the outcome of the fifth edition of Suzuki Green Friday, an initiative dedicated to the National Day of Trees. On 28 November 2025, thanks to 0.5% of the turnover generated by the sales of all the Suzuki divisions (Auto, Moto and Marine, including spare parts and accessories), were collected 14,504,89 euros, a figure that will be entirely destined to the abode of new trees in the city of Turin. The collection will further increase the Diffused Forest Suzuki, a project that since 2021 represents the commitment of Suzuki in the urban forest and in the protection of the territory. The planting of 30 trees is scheduled by 31 March 2026, in via Filadelfia, near the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino, in the area adjacent to the Stadio Filadelfia and inside the Parco Cavalieri di Vittorio Veneto.

The initiative is developed in collaboration with: Torino FC, the Green Sector of the City of Turin, the City Care Department, Public Green, parks and rivers led by the Councillor Francesco Tresso and the Environment and Ecological Transition of the Assessora Chiara Foglietta.

Suzuki continues and strengthens the path to support the urban forest. The new plantations will be added to the 1.413 trees already planted between 2021 and 2025, contributing to further expand the Diffused Suzuki Forest and increasing the environmental benefit generated on the territory contributing to the total reduction of 35,325 kg of CO2 per year. Suzuki is attentive to ecological issues and the project for the day of the trees integrates perfectly with other activities in favor of the environment. The House of Hamamatsu is engaged in many ways to improve the balance between environment and mobility, proposing car products, motorcycles and outboard engines developed and built not only for the welfare of their users, but also for that of the planet and future generations.

Suzuki is aware of the difficulty and challenge she is facing but is convinced that commitment, even individual, and positive actions can turn into shared habits.
