Suzuki lights Sanremo between music, stories and emotions

TORINO (ITALPRESS) – True to its values and vocation to be present wherever there is passion, sharing and desire to have fun, Suzuki renews the link with the Suzuki Stage, the “outdoor” stage in Piazza Colombo that embodies the idea of a popular festival, able to leave the Ariston Theatre to meet the audience in the heart of Sanremo. The Suzuki Stage represents the heart of the project “Tra stage e città” and will host, during the evenings, five artists among the most beloved of the public: Gaia, Bresh, The Kolors, Francesco Gabbani and Pooh.

The spotlights on the Suzuki Stage will be on Saturday 21 February at 18.00, on the occasion of the Opening, with the performances of the young talents of Area Sanremo and the Urban Theory. The management of the Suzuki Stage 2026 will be entrusted to Daniele Battaglia, who will accompany the public throughout the week of the Festival.

The Suzuki Stage program: Tuesday 24 February Gaia, Wednesday 25 February Bresh, Thursday 26 February The Kolors, Friday 27 February Francesco Gabbani and Saturday 28 February Pooh. In parallel to live activities in the city, Suzuki will also be protagonist on the small screen. Suzuki Swift Hybrid will accompany the audience to the Festival with a series of social clips on the profile of Carlo Conti and @We will be in the week before the event, as well as being present in the video clips of Preview and PrimaFestival conducted by Ema Stokholma, Carolina Rey and Manola Moslehi.

Sotto Sanremo: where the festival looks from another perspective
Alongside the urban and live dimension of the Suzuki Stage, it takes shape Sotto Sanremo, an original narrative project that overturns the view of the Festival, offering a contemporary and generational look.

Within the project Suzuki Swift Hybrid – Auto del Festival – is the protagonist of the program’s theme, accompanying each evening the three true protagonists of the Arizona. Sotto Sanremo was born and lives under the Ariston Theatre, in a former abandoned place, transformed into a hidden space that becomes a privileged observatory on the Festival followed by Italy. Anna-Lou Castoldi, Elisa Maino and Nicole Rossi will tell Sanremo from an unpublished, free and deeply contemporary perspective: performances, polemics, iconic moments, silences, memes and reactions. But above all the way the Festival is experienced, commented and rewritten out of the official picture.

The “under” becomes so metaphor of the present: the space in which Generation Z looks at the great events through second screen, social, reaction and real-time comments. No more passive spectators but active interpreters who rework and return meaning to the event.
Sotto Sanremo is an Original RaiPlay series, composed of 7 30 minutes bets, available from 23 February 2026.
