SAN DONATO MILANESE (MILANO) (ITALPRESS) – A clear strategy, attractive products and a competent leadership today represent decisive factors for the attractiveness of employers. In a global context characterized by economic and geopolitical uncertainty, the BMW Group is a reliable partner for its employees. Numerous recent studies confirm it, recognizing once again the BMW Group among the most attractive employers in 2025. The Trendence Professionals Barometer 2025 awarded the BMW Group for the fourteenth consecutive time as the best employer in Germany.
The study is considered one of the main investigations on employers’ attractiveness and is based on a survey conducted on about 18,000 graduate professionals in Germany. The BMW Group has also again won top positions in other major international rankings, including Most Attractive Employers in Europe compiled by Universum and the World’s Best Employers global ranking by Forbes.
“You don’t become the best employer on your own. For us, this is something that goes beyond the awards: we are facing one of the most profound transformations of our industry – from electromobility, to digitalization, to artificial intelligence. Those who choose the BMW Group choose a company that focuses on responsibility, a clear strategic vision and the courage to explore new roads. That’s what makes us strong. We are looking for people who do not just want to manage, but also help shape change; people ready to build together with us the future of individual mobility, which will be electrical, digital and circular,” says Ilka Horstmeier, member of the Board of Directors of BMW AG, responsible for Human Resources and Real Estate, as well as Labour Director.
The BMW Group offers its employees not only premium products, but also challenging business contexts in strategic areas for the future, such as artificial intelligence, electromobility and digitization. In addition to this, more than average pay, a structured system of additional benefits, mobility and health initiatives, as well as a wide range of personal and professional growth opportunities.

Among the students in the IT and economic sectors, the company is also among the top 18 employers worldwide. The BMW Group’s fifth position in the World’s Best Employers 2025 survey by Forbes is added to these awards, based on the ratings of 300,000 professionals in 50 countries. A result that consolidates the position of the BMW Group as the best player in the automotive sector globally and as a German and European company better placed in the ranking.
The BMW Group has also achieved leading results in other national investigations: In the Trendence Graduate Barometer 2025, the company confirms its leadership among engineering graduates and ranks third among economic graduates. As part of IT expertise, the BMW Group confirms itself as the best-placed automaker, reaching sixth place in the overall ranking, right after the leading U.S. technology players.
