ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The decree-law Milleproroghe, approved today in the Council of Ministers, sanctions the postponement of the expiry of some normative terms inherent in the field of tourism.
In particular: the accommodation or thermal facilities will be able to take advantage of the simplified authorization procedures to carry out projects of energy production from renewable sources by 31 December 2026; by 31 March 2026 small and microenterprises of administration of food and beverages and those tourist-reception will be able to stipulate insurance policies to cover the damage caused by natural disasters and catastrophe events, thus ensuring the possibility of operating a more conscious choice, in order to increase the the catastalysts of outdoor accommodation, in which there are mobile accommodation units equipped with rotating mechanisms in operation, will have to present the acts of updating of catastalyst maps and Catasto manufactured, relating to mobile installations in outdoor accommodation facilities, within the scope of the compliance required by the legislation on the cathartic irrelevance of mobile facilities in outdoor accommodation facilities, by 15 December 2026.
“The enlargement of these terms meets the needs of tourism operators, giving them a wider time space to access a series of measures aimed at enhancing and growing tourism industry,” explains the Ministry of Tourism in a note.
