MILAN (ITALPRESS) – A shadow on the upcoming Winter Games in Milan-Cortina 2026. The judge for the preliminary investigations of Milan, Patrizia Nobile, has decided to put back to the Constitutional Court the question of constitutional legitimacy of the law decree relating to the Fondazione Milano-Cortina 2026: the issue concerns the qualification of body of private law of the Foundation itself since, for the pm that deals with the investigation on the alleged direct entrustments piloted in exchange for possible bribes, should be identified as an organism of public law, with the decree that it would so sure.
