ROMA (ITALPRESS) – “The system strikes again. How to save the Italian Magistrature from the vice of currents and the hands of politicians.” It is the book, edited by Rizzoli and presented at the Libraccio library in Via Nazionale in Rome, where the journalist Alessandro Sallusti interviews the former magistrate and former president of the Anm Luca Palamara.
The text follows the release of the first journalist’s book along with the former magistrate entitled “The System”. This second release proposes a framework of the judiciary system according to which all that has been denounced with the first book, in 2022, and that is now at the heart of the debate also because of the next referendum on justice, has not changed.
“You see immediately put on the notice,” said Sallusti referring to the release of the first book and talking about the fact that “ nothing would happen. That they would sacrifice Luca Palamara and some other alleged associate in the management of the system. But that method based on currents would go on. This second book documents how nothing has changed.”.
On the system, Palamara explained: “Now it is not the time to make a speech against the judiciary but for the country, net of the individual responsibilities that are part of other events that have now been accumulated. Let’s talk about the content,” he said about the debate about the referendum and career separation. “The problem is structural and that’s what should come out. The current phenomenon is in the mid-1960s. We talk about autonomy and independence that is organized in the judiciary with a sort of political organization.”.
So always on the referendum he clarified: “In order to give the power of choice to the currents, somehow bypasses with the draw mechanism”, as a response to the current operation of the system.
