ROMA (ITALPRESS) – They had turned a video shoot into a live beating, hitting with kicks and fists a well-known youtuber and attacking two particular jurors intervened to stop them. The State Police closed the circle on the episode, collecting serious evidence of guilt at the expense of four Romanian citizens, affected by an order of custody in prison issued by the GIP at the Tribunal of Rome.
The measure, which welcomes the accusations collected by the PMs of the Prosecutor of the Capitoline Republic – Department of widespread and serious crime, stems from the investigative activity started after the events occurred on November 12 near the metro stop Linea A “Ottaviano”.
According to what was reconstructed by the PolMetro agents, who intervened on the spot as a result of the report, the four investigators, aware of being taken from the cameras of a collaborator of the well-known youtuber, would start to invere against them and then move to the streets.
The attack would have been consumed in a few moments: they would have hurled against youtuber, without desisting even when it was ruined on the ground because of the blows to the face. In an attempt to stop the beating, two sworn guards intervened in his help, ending up being attacked in turn. Only after they even ran out against them, the four would make their escape.
The victims of the episode had then resorted to medical care: the two special jurors had reported injuries judged healable in two days, while for youtuber the prognosis had been 45 days. The investigations of the State Police, coordinated by the Prosecutor of Rome, have allowed to identify the alleged responsible and to outline, also thanks to the images acquired in the investigation file, the respective conduct.
The framework was then accepted in the order signed by the GIP at the Court of Rome, which has placed in them the precautionary custody in prison. Three of the four inquiries, traced abroad by the Finnish authorities thanks to the information collected by the Capitol investigators, are now in prison in Finland, currently held for other crimes, pending the definition of the proceedings to them and the subsequent extradition. The fourth, twenty-seven Romanians, intercepted in Romania thanks to the collaboration of the Police Cooperation Service and the help of the security expert, landed yesterday afternoon at the airport of Fiumicino, where it was taken in delivery by the agents of the State Police and, at the end of the formalities of rite, conducted in prison.
