NAPOLI (ITALPRESS) – The Tribunal of Naples – Section Measures of Prevention – issued a 20 million euro seizure measure, which is running the Antimafia Investigative Direction, towards entrepreneurs belonging to a family that has evidenced links with the Camorrian clan “Angelino-Gallo”, operating in the territory of Caivano. The measure originates from a proposal of measure of patrimonial and personal prevention, advanced to the Tribunal partenopeo jointly by the Procurator of the Republic and the Director of the DIA, drafted to a person “of high criminal profile”, who, write the investigators, “had the “control” on the activities of extortion of the clans in the time hegemons on the territory of Caivano”. The patrimonial checks carried out against the man and the family circle have revealed “elements such as to consider, at this stage of the procedure, the economic-entrepreneurship rise of a chain of companies active in the wholesale and retail trade of household items, which happened over time, characterized by a minimum common denominator, or the use of a real “family” brand”.
Also following the illicit financial dynamics was analyzed the position “of an enterprise operating in the field of catering, which, in the state, would be considered attributable to the proposed”. Moreover, from the patrimonial investigations, they have been reconstructed and reported in the measure of seizure, available assets and disproportionate financial of the person and formal owners of the commercial activities, these last entrepreneurs, so far, not recipients of judicial measures. Therefore the seizure of 4 companies, 2 real estates and 39 financial relationships for a total value of approximately 20 million euros estimated, among other things, on the turnover of the companies involved in the measure.
