ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Today, at the Senate of the Italian Republic, the ceremony of conferring the Institutional Targa of Venice – Leone di San Marco to the Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia Mirjana Jeremic, for the excellent contribution to the development and consolidation of diplomatic, institutional and cultural relations, through a constant action of dialogue, cooperation and mutual valorisation among peoples.
Mirjana Jeremic has distinguished itself by authority, diplomatic sensitivity and strategic vision, promoting initiatives aimed at international collaboration, cultural exchange and strengthening bilateral relations in the European and Mediterranean context. His work represents an example of high public service and constructive diplomacy, in full harmony with the values of peace, cooperation and progress that the Institutional Targa of Venice of the Lion of St Mark intends to honour and spread.
