Tragedy in Lucchese, the entire family of four people killed by carbon monoxide

FIRENZE (ITALPRESS) – Four people were found dead in the late evening of yesterday in a house of Rughi, part of the Municipality of Porcari (Lucca). To reinvent the lifeless bodies of father, mother, son and daughter of 16 years were a carabinieri patrol and firefighters after reporting some people who felt a strong smell of gas in the area. The deaths were due to monoxide poisoning.

A fifth person would be found in the living house and was brought in red code to the Cisanello hospital in Pisa. Three carabinieri remained slightly intoxicated during the intervention. The ambulances of the Red Cross of Lucca, two of the Green Cross of Porcari and the Mercy of Santa Gemma Galgani, took place. Also alerted to the Pegaso elixosphere, then returned once the death of the four people was ascertained. Exhalations would have been caused by the malfunction of the boiler. The family was native to Albania.
