TURIN (ITALPRESS) – State Police arrested an Italian citizen in flagrante delicto for possession of a large quantity of narcotics. Specifically, from info-investigative activities, Mobile Squad operatives learned that a person was holding drugs inside a garage located in a complex in Orbassano, and during a stakeout, they noticed a car coming over and heading into one of the building’s garages owned by a company that later turned out to be unrelated to the facts.

Investigators then approached the box, which, on that occasion, had its overhead door open, surprising the subject intent on arranging numerous envelopes containing plant material. During the search, 64 kilograms of hashish and 45 kilograms of marijuana were found, the latter enclosed in 58 transparent bags. More than 13,000 euros in cash and three sets of keys to as many vehicles were found in the man’s car.
Nearly 1,000 euros in cash and about 80 grams of narcotics were seized in the house. More than 2.2 kilograms of hashish, 2.5 kilograms of marijuana, 17 electronic cigarettes with cannabis derivatives inside, and material useful for packaging doses were found in one of the three vehicles in the suspect’s possession.
