MILAN (ITALPRESS) – The Prosecutor of Milan Antiterrorism District has delegated the State Police to carry out precautionary measures against four Turkish citizens, one of which already held as a result of international arrest warrant, investigated for armed gangs with purpose of terrorism as well as for association for inquer aggravated also by transnationality, aimed at commissioning of a number of port crimes including those of detention The measures were issued by the gypse at the Court of Milan.
The investigative activity, underlines in a note the Procurator Marcello Viola, constitutes the continuation of other carried out by the investigators of the SISCO of Milan, the Mobile Team of Como and the Central Operating Service of Rome, which had led to the arrest of other 19 Turkish citizens, some of which are permanently present and rooted in the national territory, with a Turkish citizen now still held to the 41 bis, charged with the crime of armed band.
The subsequent investigations, conducted through the analysis of the results of technical activities, continuous monitoring and monitoring services, and thanks to the contributions from information exchanges with other countries, have allowed to outline the figures of four other subjects, today arrested, which, according to the accused approach, would also be part of the same criminal group of Turkish matrix, within which they would perform various tasks, and specifically traffic of weapons and substances.
The execution of the precautionary measures involved about fifty police officers of the Central Operational Service of Rome, of the S.C.O. Investigative Section of Milan, of the Mobile Team of Como with the support of the Mobile Teams of the Questure of Viterbo and Pistoia and of the Departments Prevention Crimina “Lazio” and “Tuscany”, and finally of the Operational Units of First Intervention. Perquisitions are carried out in houses and in other places available to inquiries on the national territory.
