KIEV (UCRAINA) (ITALPRESS) – One more night of Russian raids on Kiev targeted by drones. Explosions felt in various neighborhoods of the city. The head of the city’s military administration, Tymur Tkachenko, stated that the Moscow attack struck several parts of Kiev, including the districts of Obolonskyi, Sviatoshynskyi and Solomianskyi. In particular in the district of Obolonskyi, some parked cars caught fire after being targeted drones, while in the district of Solomianskyi a person was injured. The budget is still provisional but there would be no death.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, in an interview with RT, stated that the United States imposed new sanctions on Russia after the Russian side reached an agreement with the Americans on certain parameters for a Ukrainian solution. “For the first time, new sanctions were imposed, very hard, against our biggest oil companies, Lukoil and Rosneft. This happened a couple of weeks after the Anchorage meeting. The president was surprised: we split up in Anchorage with Russia supporting the US proposal for a global solution to the Ukrainian crisis,” said Lavrov.
Russia expected the Americans to convene a conference to discuss the agreements reached. “But what happened was the sanctions against Lukoil and Rosneft. Moreover, now tariffs are imposed to countries that buy energy from Russia,” he added.
