The Ukrainian President appointed Oleh Ivashchenko, former head of Ukraine’s foreign intelligence service, to the leadership of military intelligence instead of Budanov. “From today, Oleg Ivashchenko will continue to serve our state and perform tasks to limit Russian military potential at the positions of Ukrainian military intelligence,” Zelensky wrote.
