MILAN (ITALPRESS) – UniCredit is supporting the “Social Innovation Trail” project, promoted by ELIS in collaboration with AICCON; it is a project for the innovation and digitalization of the Third Sector, which aims to integrate and enhance the relationship between nonprofit entities and innovative digital enterprises.From November 20 and until January 17, 2025, nonprofit entities and interested innovators will be able to submit their projects and solutions by applying to two calls: “Call for Projects”-addressed to Third Sector Entities, interested in presenting projects with high social impact, which need support with innovative technological solutions; “Call for Solutions”-addressed to innovative startups and SMEs that want to offer technological solutions to the needs expressed by Third Sector Entities.”Social innovation is a key element in addressing current challenges,” says Stefano Gallo, Head of Territorial Development at UniCredit, “because it promotes synergies between organizations, businesses and institutions by facilitating the sharing of resources and skills. We are convinced that through strategic collaborations with Third Sector organizations based on social innovation, we can activate significant and lasting changes essential for building a sustainable and inclusive future.”
