Thus, there will be an end to admission tests, with enrollment in the first semester to be unrestricted, while the second semester will be accessed on the basis of the achievement of all university credits established for the first semester profit exams. In the event of non-access to the second semester, the credits will still be recognized to enable students to continue in a different course of study among those in the biomedical, health, pharmaceutical and veterinary areas. The government must adopt legislative decrees within a year.
