CARACAS (VENEZUELA) (ITALPRESS) – Venezuelan opposition leader María Corina Machado has harshly criticized Delcy Rodríguez, who became interim president after the arrest and extradition of Nicolás Maduro in the United States. In an interview with CBS, the winner of the Nobel Peace Prize 2025 stated that Rodríguez was “one of the main architects” of the oppressive system established by Maduro. “Everyone in Venezuela and abroad knows perfectly who it is and the role it has played,” said Machado adding that his political coalition “would lead Venezuela” in the aftermath of Maduro. “We are ready to serve our people,” he said.
