CRANS MONTANA (SVIZZERA) (ITALPRESS) – Franjo Von Allmen wins the male descent of Crans Montana, valid for the Alpine Ski World Cup 2025/2026. The Helvetic class 2001 is imposed with the time of 1’55′′′00, preceding a large Dominik Paris (+0′′65). On the podium also the American Ryan Cochran-Siegle, third to 0′′′70, while the fourth is the leader of the general classification, Marco Odermatt (+0′′′79). In addition to Paris, three more Italians close in the top ten: Benjamin Alliod is 5° (+0′′′86), Mattia Casse is 7° (+0′′′92), while Florian Schieder is 9° (+0′′′95). Further back the other blues: Guglielmo Bosca is 20° (+1′′61), Christof Innerhofer is 21° (+1′′73), Giovanni Franzoni is 23° (+1′′74) and Gregorio Bernardi is 55° (+3′′′76).
“It is a great result that gives so much charge. I probably didn’t do a perfect race, but much better than many others. Trust thus increases.” Dominik Paris said this after the second place in the male descent of Crans Montana. “I try, on every track, to find the best sensations to make the best possible performance – the words of the atathesino, reported by Fisi -. Today I did a central part in which I felt really well, maybe I could do something better in the lower part, but I tried to get down to the best possible. In every race there is to learn. As a young man you look for the limit, and when you are more experienced you try to do everything precisely. I like to give advice to the younger ones, I always do it willingly”, concluded Paris.
