WASHINGTON (UNITED STATES) (ITALPRESS) – The World Cup takes shape 2026, for the first time at 48 teams, which will be played between Canada, Mexico and the United States next summer, from June 11 to July 19. At the John F.Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, 12 rounds were drawn with 42 qualified nationals and six “X” for the winners of the games (4 Europeans and two intercontinentals). Tomorrow will be announced the calendar, which then will become definitive in March once the play-offs are finished.
In case of qualification, Italy will be included in group B with the hosts of Canada, Switzerland and Qatar.
