Zangrillo and Anastasi to students “From PA opportunities for young people”

MILAN (ITALPRESS) – “The public administration should not only be a security, the so-called “fixed job,” but a qualifying professional opportunity where expectations, rewards and career paths are not only possible, but concretely achievable. We are working for a PA capable of upgrading the skills of its employees, 3.2 million people, and attracting the new generations, which are essential to cope with an ever-changing world.” This is what the Minister for Public Administration, Senator Paolo Zangrillo, said during the event “The PA that I would like,” organized by Formez at the Milan-Rho fairgrounds, as part of the 13th edition of the Expo Training event. “To the young people of Expotraining, whom I thank for their attention,” the minister added during his speech, “I said that the most important thing is to look at organizations that offer the opportunity to continue to train, to grow and enrich their skills. This is the public administration I have in mind, an organization that provides not only opportunities but also prospects. “Young people are disruptive and have a desire to interpret the future correctly,” said Formez President Giovanni Anastasi, who introduced the initiative. “We organized this event in the presence of the minister because we want to listen to them and bring them as close as possible to public administration, which is full of great professionals, values and far from clichés. “The event was aimed at listening to the views and expectations of the new generations on working in public administration. During the discussion with the young people, the vision of the future PA was reflected upon, including through an instant poll to collect opinions and answers from young people in real time. Minister Paolo Zangrillo answered several questions on Public Administration from the students present on topics such as gender equality, inclusion and simplification, and technological innovation.
